Counselling

Counselling is a wonderful process of discovery, authenticity, change, healing, growth and hope.

My approach:

· Personalized and client-centred.  It is about you and what you hope to achieve.  It allows you a safe, non-judgmental  and confidential space to express, work through, feel, think, plan, discover, heal and hope. 

· Emphasizes moving towards your goal—your hopes, your goals, your vision of where you want to be and how you want to feel. 

· Heal thyself.  We already have everything we need within us to move forward, heal, and achieve our goals. We just need to tap into it.

· Spend time and energy on this process.  Listen to your inner voice and take action.  What you put in will come back to you tenfold.

· Using hypnosis as part of counselling can help you to visualize goals, increase awareness and insights and make changes more quickly.  Self-hypnosis is an effective life long skill that you can use anytime. Hypnotherapy may be an option for you but is not required.
